The Crayfish Stall is stunning this year and besides the ever popular Crayfish with sauces such as Parmalat Blue Cheese, lemon or garlic butter and Elmien Turner’s special Muisbosskerm tartare sauce you can enjoy Muisbos seafood paella, hake or kingklip with buffalo chips, snoek and sweet potatoes and fresh large oysters all served with a choice of potato or green salad as served at the original open air restaurant.

The menu is as follows:-
Whole freshly grilled crayfish, halved at R70.00
Served with a glass of cold Graça wine as usual while stock lasts, only to over 18’s.

Choose between potato or green salad and a sauce of your choice.
Muisbosskerm Paella at R40.00 per portion.
Our restaurant just outside the town’s very own recipe with mussels, calamari, crayfish, shrimps, prawns and Elmien’s secret ingredients.
Seafood paella and crayfish combo at only R100.00 per serving.

Braaied snoek and sweet potato’s with salad at R40.00 per serving. This is a very traditional dish along the West Coast.

Fried hake and buffalo chips with a salad of your choice at R40.00 per serving.

Grilled Kingklip with buffalo chips and salad of your choice at R60.00 per serving.

Fresh large oysters at only R10.00 each.
